a rest & ritual retreat at bloom holistic retreat centre
October 30 - November 1, 2026
Join us for an easeful 3 day retreat offering you a meaningful reset as we settle into the quiet of the winter season.
Over the weekend we’ll experience an abundance of restful rituals and the intention behind them. Embrace a true and supported slowing down and walk away with a renewed appreciation for self-care. Together, we can foster new habits of ritual and rest.
Rest isn’t something we have to earn, we are worthy of rest simply because we exist. Rest is our body’s natural way of finding balance, even if we’ve forgotten how to do it. Intentional rest gives us permission to pause, to breathe, and to simply just be. It nourishes the nervous system, helps us release stress, and fills our cup so we can meet life with more ease and vitality. Whether it’s physical, emotional, mental, or sensorial—rest is how we come back to our true self.
Ritual helps us make rest a part of everyday life. Simple, intentional acts — a deep breath, self massage, gentle movement, a nourishing meal, or a few quiet minutes of stillness — become routines that ground and restore us. With time, these small practices grow in meaning and power, helping us find calm and connection no matter what life brings.
Leave this weekend feeling deeply renewed with simple, meaningful rituals to carry home with you. You’ll understand how and why they work, while remembering that everything you need to rest and restore lies within you.
this is for you if…

Cassandra Bradshaw
Trauma Informed Somatic Skin Therapist + Certified Aromatherapist (CAHP)
Hi, I’m Cassandra 👋 (she/her) I have a compassionate and trauma-informed practice that weaves physical, emotional and energetic healing modalities into magical bespoke treatments + experiences.I am a highly sensitive, empathetic and feminine being that prioritizes rest and time to care for myself so I can do this beautiful work.
I am honoured to hold a safe space that acts as a respite amidst stress. The stories that have been shared with me over the years all hold a special place in my heart, and I am deeply grateful for the genuine connections and exchanges made. I have been working in the personal care industry for over 10 years and it has mostly taught me this— you never know what someone is dealing with under the surface.
My experience ditching a chemical-laden beauty routine + lifestyle rooted in ‘fight or flight’ mode in exchange for rituals of radical self-care fuels my passion and desire to share this journey with you. I empower my clients to develop a more intimate knowledge of their skin and truly love the skin they're in.
I believe we have everything we need within us, and true healing is a return back home to that wholeness. It is a passion of mine to guide others in embodying their fullest most authentic self so they can find more joy, health and connection in their life.

Taryn Diamond
Yoga + Rest Facilitator (E-RYT 500, YACEP)
Hi, I’m Taryn (she/her.) I am a yoga teacher, nervous-system guide and lifelong student of movement and stillness. Based in Tkaronto (Toronto, Canada), I blend asana, yoga nidra, philosophy and nervous-system science to craft practices that are deeply accessible and richly transformative.I lead local and international trainings on all things rest. My library of yoga nidra recordings became a global app in April of 2025. I believe rest is key to how we function and thrive in this challenging world. I offer practices that are rooted in tradition, informed by modern insights and delivered with care. I am deeply excited to carve out these three days with each of you.
