“Taryn is one of my favourite yoga instructors ever, she brings light and joy into the room.”
seasonal reset ritual
with Calm Down Club
This is your invitation to harvest the gifts of the summer and settle into fall-- in the coziest most nurturing way.
The session begins with a dreamy somatic skincare ritual (imagine delicious local honey, facelifting massage, lymphatic drainage, warm eucalyptus towels, and the most beautiful organic, small-batch aromatherapy). Feel your face & nervous system gently relax, imparting a natural radiance and awakened glow.
You’ll also receive samples to continue the ritual at home!
From there, we’ll melt into restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and gentle breathwork that allows you to fully unwind and restore.
You’ll also get a simple worksheet to take home — something to come back to when you need a moment of calm.
It’s small, intimate, and designed to feel like harvesting and settling after a fruitful summer. Come as you are, get cozy, and let yourself be taken care of.

This multi-sensory holistic practice combines breathing techniques and immersive soundscapes to promote relaxation, connection, healing, rejuvenation and transformation. Participants typically begin by focusing on their breath, using techniques like deep belly breathing or rhythmic patterns to calm the mind and increase oxygen flow. During this practice you will be lying down and enveloped in soothing sounds produced by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, oceanic drums, gongs, tuning forks and shakers.

Part-restorative yoga and part-meditation, yoga nidra has students resting in a comfortable savasana for time (20-30min) while being guided to progressively deeper levels of relaxation. A simple, guided meditation enables the mind to relax through visualizations, noting sensations and using your imagination.

This experience is suitable for all beings. The class will open with some gentle movement from seated or lying down. For the yoga nidra practice, participants will be reclined in a supported savasana (lying down.) No yoga, meditation, or sound bathing experience is necessary!
“This class is always so special.”
